Thanks for the x.
Wasn't sure that cut the line sufficiently.

Hey Kevin, do you have one of those NMLRA target overlays? If you don't, order one of them. I think when I bought mine, it was $5. Probably more now. You'll be surprised.

No powder,
What is the target overlay? How is it used?
Thanks

I hope I didn't use the wrong terminology. This is what I consider a target overlay. It's pretty self explanatory, but choose the caliber you are using and center that on your shot and it will tell you if the line has been cut. Works pretty slick. If I have told Salty anything wrong,  I would appreciate if anybody could correct my mistake or mistakes. I'm still trying to figure out why they have failed to include several calibers. Thank you, No Powder (that could be me, last time out!  :laffing).  I've always wondered about those, what they were.

Kevin, what do you use for a backer behind your target? I've never been able to get those nice round holes. I bet Nessmuk likes those.

I use a light duty spray adhesive on a piece of cardboard.
Spray the back of the postal target and apply. Just a light mist
That's it, I make up enough standard targets for the years PM and a few Xtra for my own shootin '
The special targets , print , glue and shoot.

My pleasure. I might add that I use a binder clip to hang the target from my backer which is a 4x8 sheet of plywood painted white and that hangs on a stack of logs.
 Good solid backstop.

Sounds solid for sure. At the gun club where I shoot, the AR , and shotgun guys have the backstop riddled. Hard to even find a place to stick a push pin anywhere. I've offered to help with replacement, but there's a click and I'm not a part of it. So I made a little contraption I can take with me to hang my targets on if I need it.
