Title: Nead help
Post by: Roaddog on March 17, 2017, 05:00:20 PM: my #2 son Dan has a tree service and yesterday he was in the bucket on a 60' boom.the bucket stablelizer broke an he was dumped out of the bucket and took a long fall.He crushed the ribs on one side.and bleeding in his gut.There is a bloodclot in the bad lung.He's in rought shap.If ya'll could send some prairs up for him.My family would be gratfull.

Post by: Roaddog on March 24, 2017, 09:39:07 AM: Well he is holding his own and they are starting to close up his belly. that will take 7 to 12 days for all the swelling to go down.Then they will start to bring him out of coma and see if he can breath on his own,if so they'l take him off the resprator. That's it for now.Thanks for your prayers,they sure are working.

They put a steel rod ins spine for the brake was wers than they had thought.So there will be a other sirgery to take the rod out in 6 munths. They had him situp yesterday.He was in good sperits.I wont to thank all of you here fot all the prayers and suporte you have given our family.YOUR THE BEST!

Post by: Roaddog on April 19, 2017, 08:35:15 AM: We got some good news yesterdat.Dan will be coming home on Friday.He can not be by himself at all so when his wife is at work I or my wife will stay with him.There will be a nerse that will come three time a week.

Now the hard part starts - keeping him down and resting for 6 months. I cannot help but think I would go battier than I already am if I had to be down that long.
