Spotted Bull:
The Great 2020 TMA Raffle is now OFFICIAL! We WILL have a great time and have some great prizes donated! There will be just a few rules and so forth, so I guess I had better get those listed!

1. All prizes donated are to be suitable for the muzzleloading era. I think we all know what that means. But if you have any questions just send me a message and I'll look into it or get another (BOD) opinion.

2. All prizes will remain with the person donating them, until the drawing is made. Then the donor will send the prize to the winner. Ya'll can work out how you want to handle postage and shipping between the two of you. The TMA is not paying postage!

3. Tickets to the raffle will be $5 for paid members and $7.50 for non-paying members. I'm hoping this will give them reason enough to join the TMA formally. Five tickets will cost you $20 for paying members and $35 for non-paying members.

4. If you donate a prize, you will get 1 free ticket. I will try to make sure that you don't win your own prize...unless you just want it!

5.Tickets will be on sale until June 30, 2019. Then I will wait 10 days for any money in the mail to arrive. Then I will have my 3 yo grandson draw the slips of paper with your name on it. Drawing will be July 10, 2020 by Dodge Harrison Graves. I will post the results that night when I get to work, in a separate thread.

6. Tickets may be purchased with a check or postal money order made out to the Traditional Muzzleloading Association and mailed to my home. I will collect the money and forward it to the appropriate person on the BOD. When you send me a message I will send you my mailing address so it isn't posted out here in the open. If you want my cell phone number I can give you that too. No guarantee I will answer it but you can call!

7. I DO ASK THAT A PM BE SENT TO ME SO THAT I KNOW TO BE LOOKING FOR YOUR ENVELOPE IN THE MAIL. PLEASE INCLUDE A PIECE OF PAPER WITH YOUR FULL MAILING ADDRESS AND SCREEN NAME, AND HOW MANY TICKETS YOU ARE BUYING, IN THE ENVELOPE WITH THE MONEY. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH.

I will start another thread that will be for the prizes donated and any description needed. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM COMMENTING ON THE PRIZES IN THIS THREAD. Feel free to start a "commenting" thread and tell folks how good they did there.

Funds collected for this raffle will undoubtedly go to the youth rifle donation fund. A very worthwhile cause that I have made use of myself for our ministry.

Lastly, I work overnights during the first part of the week. So some messages may not get answered until after 9:00 pm Central Texas Time. But I will get to them.

LETS DO THIS AND HAVE A GREAT TIME AND SUPPORT A GREAT CAUSE!

GET'S THOSE PRIZES TOGETHER! DIG THROUGH YOUR GEAR AND FIND THE STUFF YOU WANT BUT CAN'T JUSTIFY KEEPING! THAT ALWAYS MAKES THE BEST PRIZES!

Since no one has contacted me about tickets, we will extend the deadline to July 17, and have the drawing that weekend.

Ok folks. I gotta level with you. I'm a little disappointed. I've only had one person buy a raffle ticket. And no one else has offered up any more prizes.

So those who donated prizes and one other person get tickets. Gonna be a quick raffle.
