I think I am done with track, woke up early Wed. On purpose to place order so it could be shipped out same day which they confirmed it would be. Got an email today that said my order went out today. I never have been too impressed with there promptness. Almost 200 bux, but next time I will go elswhere.

I have not since I called and placed the order. I have never had a normal transaction with them. My giving them repeated buisness should be enough giving them every chance they need. Every other mail house, ML Emporium, the other one in ID which name escapes me right now and one or two others in the midwest and east ,have always been great with there services. Its just frustrating when they say one thing but something entirely different happens, every time....

Well then, at the least, you have to give them good marks for consistency.

I've never had an issue. But I've always ordered online rather than by phone.

Of late I've seen a decline in ToW order fulfillment accuracy as well as similar delays in shipping. They have been my go to for >30 years but I'm now looking for a new all around source.  The last order took almost a week to ship, one ramrod of 2 on the order was the wrong size, one package of 4 for the same screw didn't have a screw in it and another part number of screws were not threaded to the head (my die wouldn't go all the way to the head so ? wrong part number or supplier error?) and 2 thimbles were the wrong size. Receiving inspection only amounted to counts and packing list matching. I  didn't notice these errors for several weeks when the projects required use of the parts. Short on time I "made do" by robbing screws from personal guns, reaming thimbles etc.

I plan to call tomorrow with another order in hand, explain my frustrations and if not satisfied with their response I'll say thanks anyway and order somewhere else.
