« on: January 22, 2016, 09:36:35 PM »
can this be used in a .32 or would it have to literally be hammered down the bore.. bought a 5# bag of it today for 6.00..if not the .32 what can it be used in?

perchance a .31 cal revolver.
Or 9 of them in a 12 bore.

thanks don't have a revolver but do have a 12 ga. flinter.. not really anything to shoot around here with 00 buck unless you tried it on really close range coyote...might try it in my .36 with a thick tight patch, might not be super accurate but might be groundhog head accurate.

FWIW,  000 buck is .350 and I shoot it in my .36 cal flinter with good results.  I should imagine the .330 with a VERY thick patch might work. Please post the results of your tests as other folks might be interested in your findings. Good luck in your tests.

just for the heck of it I took a .330 ball and some heavy pocket drill and could push it into the bore with very firm thumb pressure so looks like may work for a hunting load... needs some warmer weather to test the theory..
