yes the original was blued i believe . but the owner i think is going to keep it bright  or french greyed . not sure  other then it wont be blued again

never had roll engraving  bigsmoke .
 for all the relief work , beading and such 1500.00

ya ,  but it took longer then it probably should have . it also was my first attempt at a beaded background, which  I had to relieve between all the scroll work then come back  with a beader .  Each one of those little round beads are done one at a time . Who ever says beading a background is quick ,  isn’t telling the whole story LOL

Haven't been here in a while but......I'm the lucky gent(?) who got Charlie to engrave my Centaure and it wouldn't seem fittin' not to let you all know how much his work is appreciated. I was a fine jeweler for 34 yrs and in my experience, Captchee's work rivals any I've ever seen! I remember when he 1st started engraving only a short time ago and where he is now, and there is no doubt in my mind that we are in the presence of a "Natural Talent". This shooter will never be for sale, but it will be shot, (I don't own any safe  queen's), then eventually thrown in the coffin with me when I go. And, no, I will not divulge where I'm gonna be buried LOL! Must have said it about 80 times already but, again, Thanks Charlie !!
