Title: help in soldering a part

Anyone on here good at soldering,  for a few bucks?  I have two hunters star inlays(one fits inside the other)  that I would like to have soldered together.  any takers? or suggestions for me to do it and NOT screw it up.

Buff the pieces to be bonded with steel wool , apply solder paste to surfaces and lay parts on brick heat and tin surfaces with 50/50 solder.  If more than a thin layer of solder , heat again until solder melts and hold on to part with screwdriver and wipe off excess with rag being careful not to burn fingers.
Now put solder paste on both surfaces  lightly and clamp the two in position , heat until solder flows and add solder at edge of joint on opposite side of side being heated, as in hold torch on left side edge and apply solder to right side edge of joint .

Yup, that for sure is some nice "Eye Candy".
