Lady of the woods,   We are from a "quiet" range, and we also dont allow spotting scopes, actually both clubs I belong to dont allow spotting scopes.   In my years of BP shooting,  well any shooting, I have developed habits.   I usually just take the abuse, then when the ball is rammed home, I dish it  out.     Sean

Soak it good... then pull both loads   why   cuzz I had a shooter load three one time ... ata meat shoot years ago... I let him step up to the firing line before I called him back...ta make a point  "how close he came"   two may go down range   three kin go everywhere.
I know a fella we call "one-hand" for a that reason.

Blunt talk is important in life.  This PC BS is what causes accidents.  Safety is blunt.  Either speak to the issue or suffer the loss of your hand, your eyes, or your life, or someone elses.

The line is for Shooting.  If you want to talk trash, then rack your gun and go set in the shade and talk.  Its that simple.

Id rather have your feathers ruffled for a couple minits than to hear that you were hurt for some reason.  Your feathers will heal, but havin you loose a hand or your eyes or who knows wouldnt ever heal.  We want to keep you around.
