Title: Jeff Tanner has passed away
Post by: Maven on October 09, 2018, 03:36:05 PM
Jeff Tanner, mould maker, has passed away.  I have no more details except what I cut and pasted from another forum below:

Posting on behalf of the Muzzle Loaders Association of Great Britain (MLAGB). Jeff will be known here by many for his mould making.

It is with great sadness to report that Jeff Tanner passed away today at 12:30 with Chris and family at his side. Jeff was one of the first 100 members of the MLAGB with his first International Shooting competition in 1974.

Jeff was well known to the shooting community and he will be sadly missed by all...Our heartfelt condolences go out to his wife Chris and their two children.

Rest in peace Jeff

Well shucks, that is terrible news.  My condolences to his family and friends.

When I was doing the big bore stuff, I bought all my moulds from him, and there was nary a problem.  He did great work.

He will surely be missed by all who knew him and all who did business with him.

Wonder if there is anyone in line to take his business over?

John
