OK you GPR gurus, whats the thread size and pitch on the blow out screw on the drum of a Lyman GPR?
-
I don't know the threads & pitch, but it takes a 0.5mm Allen wrench
The sixth item down the list is the exact part, direct from Lyman

a bit pricey for just a set screw, but it won't break the bank, and you will have the right part.

Thanks Dave, still need the thread size so I can buy a tap and chase the hole before installing a new one

That makes more sense.
You might want to go strait to horses mouth:

I would be interested to know the answer if anyone finds out.

I'm new here. But I'll see if I can help.
The screw size on the drum is metric "M4x.7"
This is on my 1997 vintage LH GPR.
I hope this helps.
