What are your thoughts on Recreating the American long rifle
« on: January 25, 2017, 01:30:34 PM »
I am trying to study as much as possible this year and try to get to a muzzleloader builders class next year
I was wondering what are your thoughts on this book
Plus anymore thoughts on books or video series that would help this quest
Thanks everyone

I bought the first Turpin Video when it was on VHS. I watched that over and over, and it just flat out inspired me to get more involved in building muzzle loaders. In fact, I'm thinking and pretty sure I haven't bought a brand name muzzle loader since watching that VHS video, but I've built many of my own since then, and several for other friends, family, and shooting buds. I highly recommend it!  :lt th

Lonewolfe20, how 'bout I just send you my VHS Tape. We don't have a VHS player anymore, and I really have no more need of my VHS Copy. PM me your address and I'll get it in the mail to you this coming Wednesday or before if possible.
