OK, been thinking about maybe adding horn building to my bag making to add to the value, and was wondering what type of tool all you scrimmers use to scratch on them horns??

And yes I am thinking of getting a couple of books, so you can suggest them as well.

Dave,Get Sibleys book for sure, recreating the powder horn, follow the directions and voila! then get  your butt over to here;
