I would have never guessed that (today- April 13) I would wake up to 13 degree weather... If somebody said that I would - why, I'd of told them they were nuts!!! But by golly I did!!! I don't think it got that cold over this past Winter! If it did, I don't recall... :Doh!

Joe, There was a time when I enjoyed that kind of weather. But that time was surely a while ago. Brrrrr, makes my arthritic bones ache, just thinking about it.
Stay warm.

Could be worse, could be 13 degrees here! or 10 degrees there, I feel for you buddy, you could be in North Dakota with 14 inches of new snow; there a reason I never moved back home to Chicago or basically anywhere I didnt have to shovel snow after I got out of the Corps in So cal!

Snow is no stranger in April here in NW Nebraska, but usually it warms right up and melts away in a day or two,,, but 13 degrees... Heck, I done washed my long-johns and put 'em away for next winter. :laffing

But it's probably a dry cold.

Hank, since I've grown older it doesn't seem to matter much any longer. Now the cold just seems cold! :P
We may have a bit of moisture in the forecast, but it ain't much, and I'd be surprised if we get any? Our extended forecast is; dry, dryer, and more dry... Not good... We do need some moisture.

I'm afraid I know all about older and colder... ;)

Heat wave! you boys need to send some of that to Uncle Russ today, looks like he had about 3 inches of snow last night, and he lives in the desert section of Washington state ( the hot dry side!)
