Well heck, Rondo, that is awful nice of you.

Let's see ... a $75 Christmas prize from the plains of Kansas ... could it be a bronzed buffalo chip tree ornament?
Please enter my name also, kind Sir!
~Kees~
I'm in! Boy that's one way to get a buncha posts!
Hey I'm all about being number 2
Please throw mine in as well.
Thanks for something to look forward to!
I thought I'd put on an Appreciation Christmas Drawing this year for our TMA Members. :)
Simply post a reply to this thread if you'd like your name thrown into the hat for the December 10th. drawing.
The prize is a "surprise" and there can only be one winner, so I won't go into details 'cept to say it's "traditional muzzleloading related" and well worth the effort to enter your name for the drawing.
Christmas is coming fast, so get your name in the hat soon if you're a paid up member. :hairy (http://www.sherv.net/cm/emo/christmas/santa-present-smiley-emoticon.gif) (http://www.sherv.net/)
ATTENTION please,.... since I started this thread, a dear friend (and fellow TMA member who wishes to remain anonymous), is adding a Track of the Wolf $50.00 gift card to this drawing. (http://www.sherv.net/cm/emo/happy/woohoo-smiley-emoticon.gif) (http://www.sherv.net/) (http://www.sherv.net/cm/emo/christmas/santa-in-fireplace-smiley-emoticon.gif) (http://www.sherv.net/)
So,... it looks like we'll have 2 lucky winners. :hairy
ATTENTION:.... any non-members reading this, it's NOT too late to join the TMA and get in on some fun,... and, you'll have as good'a chance of winning as these other fine gents.
Any other TMA members want in on this Christmas Drawing,.... my hat ain't full yet. :) (http://www.sherv.net/cm/emo/christmas/big-santa-hat-smiley-emoticon.gif) (http://www.sherv.net/)

That is a bad streak John, but don't give up. I recall this feller,,, I think his name was Wilbert Peesly, won my 5 million dollar Publishing Clearing House Sweepstakes about 40 - 42 years ago? You can't undo that no matter how much I dwell on it.... :o :P  :Doh!

Back when I was 6 years old, my dad and I went to a Rancher's Convention in Casper WY,.... and I won one of the door-prizes. :applaud
You have no idea how much fun a 6 year-old kid can have with a 5 gallon bucket of Machine Grease :laffing,.... I had a ball greasin' up all my dad's hand tools, until he found out what I was doin'. :o
Beeswax is a handy item to have on hand!Heck yeah...everybody likes a shiny bee! :Doh!

Rondo, I would like to add two more Member's names to go in the hat.
Charter Member # 75 Tom Faidley (No Powder)
Charter Member # 113 Robert Hunt (Crooked Gun)
Should either of these great supports win something, please contact me for shipping information.
I just got off the phone with Crooked Gun and he was very happy and excited! He extended his "Best to all the TMA Members"....quite a guy here!
He asked me to once again pass on his thanks to Two-Steps for the knife he won "eons ago", he couldn't remember when, but did remember how nice Two Steps was when he sent it to him.
:Doh! Can you imagine brother Al, the original Christmas Grinch, being "nice"...just wait until Hank hears about this....lol

Joe, A regular retiree short-timer would be getting himself a few tinkering projects lined-up, but you're fortunate enough to never have have to do that, they come to you automatically....hope ya find a little time to enjoy this long awaited retirement. :bl th up
Tomorrow is the big day for this Drawing, for our members that don't have their names in the hat, Santa is going to drive right by their house.I hope Rondo put directions on mine, it's the one with all the snow on the roof, and all the walk ways that need shoveling....should stand out pretty good in my little neighborhood.
And Russ, I'll do a little tinkering and make Rondo a wooden snow shovel!!! :bl th up How a'bout's that!!! :hairy

My flabber has been ghasted! I didn't expect anything like this. Thank you, more than I can say! :bow
~Kees~
I would like to add a BIG Thank You to Rollingb before this thread runs it course.
It is through the caring and sharing of time, and a few donations, that these fun things happen.
This old hoss and rollingb have known each other for a long time, and that old goat ain't changed nary a bit.
He has been the same since Shep was a Pup, and I personally find that a good thing.
Thank you Sir, for a very nice Christmas Drawing, a few were very lucky with a nice, unexpected Christmas Gift, ans some of us not so much.
However, IMO this is just as it should be.....we'll have to do this more often... :toast :toast :toast
If the Membership would like to see more of these drawings, please let us know.

Package from Kansas arrived in the mail today. Excitement knew no bounds as I ripped it open, darn near dislocating my shoulder, it was so well wrapped! The powder horn is lovely, the photo doesn't do it justice. IT might even be too pretty to take out in the woods. Thank you Rondo, or as we said in the old country, hartelijk dank! :toast :toast :toast
