Ya know,... when I got out of bed this morning, I didn't feel any older than I did yesterday.  :laffing
But then, when I went to check the mail and slipped on the snow-covered ice on my way up the driveway, I "took a header" :o,.... I noticed right off, I sure don't get back up as fast as I used to.  :lol sign

Nuthin' broke,.... just a bruised knee and rib.  :applaud

That's the plan.
2 Tablespoons tonight, 2 more before Breakfast in the AM, then call me by noon. You should be good to go.
Save the rest for Two Steps and Hank....put a little spark in their step too.
