Your order has shipped !
Well that's some of my favorite words.
New kibler woodsrunner is on the way.
Hoping the longer sight picture will help, had our club shoot this past Sunday and me and my hawken didn't do so well.
Hit half the targets at best.

I went with a cherry .54, starting to binge watch kibler videos in anticipation.
I ordered it 13 days ago,  pretty quick .

you still plan on a cherry stock ?

I see there is a kibler owners group on FB.  might poke around there some , see what other folks have done.

Robs rifle came out quite nice .

Yes Sir same as you, I was thinking maybe 45 but decided lighter would be better now that I'm starting to look at 70! (got a couple years yet so 54 it is, besides all my other rifles are 54 so what the heck! Rob said he's waiting for his Cherry to ship, I just paid the lock invoice, that was quick billing since I ordered it this am, think I'm going to use some bone black and brass darkener on this one and antique it a bit, I just keep hearing Carly Simon in my head!

I was thinking of black lock n such also.
Seems cherry stocks n black locks go together.

On The Muzzleloading Forum, wiscoaster has a very interesting, detailed log of his build. It is packed with good clear photos. Surely there is a ton of great info for builders of all skill levels so you might want to check it out. It's called My Kibler SMR Log. Be sure to show us what you get and then the finished beautiful product. Good for you!
