Here in Canada we are having a hard time finding cannon fuse.
Anyone else find it hard to get ?

You might like to try making your own--it isn't that difficult. Here is a blackmatch recipe that burns at about 1"/sec.

They don't use it as much down here for actual cannons as you might expect. Otherwise, water proof fuze (1/8" ?) is readily available at several pyrotechnic distributors.

It used to be in the SIR catalouge out of Manitoba.

Thanks Guys, bluelake, might have to resort to doing that,
Loyalist Dave, I'll check that out on my next visit.
Trois, SIR was bought out by Wholesale Sports, and I haven't seen in their online cat.

I am looking for some in SE Michigan. Not sure if anyone has it around here. Checked the DGW catalog and they have it for about $9 for 25'....BUT there is a $27.00 Hazardous Material fee for each order. Good golly.

I picked up fuse in Lansing a year ago at Classic Arms: http://www.classicarms.net/ (http://www.classicarms.net/)

Thanks Bluelake. That is close enough for a Saturday morning road trip...

You're welcome. As with anything, I recommend calling first, to make sure they have it in stock.

I found some local at a place called "Shooter's Service". One of the only places around SE Micigan that has Black Powder in stock.
