Had a TC brand ladder tang sight installed on my Renegade. Now I have a problem. The current front sight is way to low. Looks like I need to raise it about 1/2". Any suggestions?
Right now I am looking at a sight riser block and new front sight from Williams Gun Sight. Not very PC but it should work.
Thanks

#1,It's your gun and you should do anything you need to to insure your shot goes EXACTLY where you want it.
#2 T/C's aren't the gun to use if P/C is what your after. No offence, they are great gun's,kinda look the part, but not too P/C.
Shot placment is the #1 priority!(PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE,refrain from scopes!!!!!!!!)

No worries there. My freinds would have me commited if they saw me putting a scope on a ML. It's a personal pet peeve.

IIRC, the original concept with the T/C ladder sight was to install their globe front sight with it. That is somewhat taller than the original blade sight. So, possible cure would be to find one of them.
Possible problems would be shooting in matches where shaders are not allowed. Also, to my eyes, the globe sights do eat a lot of light, so shooting in low light situations can be a real problem.
