Made this one for a friend, My version of an English trade Knife/Scalper
7 1/8"x 1 1/8"blade of 0-1 steel
Half tang
Beech handle
Iron pins

I haven't come across beech for handle material (mostly cocobolo or camwood), but overall, that piece is better-looking than 98.3746% of the repros available today!
