Hello, just finished this .32 cal. Indiana style rifle. Montana barrel co. .32 cal by 36", TC flintlock, double set triggers. All brass trim. On a nice piece of Oregon quilted maple. weighs 8 lb & will shoot into 1 ragged hole at 20 yd. watch out squirrels.

That is a sweet-lookin little shooter!
Can't see the wood good enough - & I'm not familiar with the term - What makes it quilted maple?
-

HA - BTW, gunmaker - we really like pictures around here!

Looks like the bushy tails might be in trouble this year . Seems there are a lot of people building the smaller calibers ?
-
yep that 32 sure is a looker and a shooter ta boot. A 32 is hardto beet when it comes ta squirrel huntn.

That is a real nice squirrel rifle.

Here's a pic of fore end, the maple stripes sorta run together in a pattern quite different than "tiger" stripe.....I got lotsa pic's. Will post some more, I'm kinda new at this Computer stuff and never see problems coming at me---til I get in over my old head...Tom

WOW - Very nice!

Good to see other guy's doing later style gun's. As soon as the work load let's up,I'll be doing a couple of late style Ohio back action lock gun's,long, thin barrel's,half stock's

More pic's of "Baby" under construction.

Dang, what a beautiful and well crafted rifle. That fore stock with the odd figure is identical to the stock on my .45. I refer to it as "clouds" and "flame" as that's what it resembles (to me) more than tiger.

thank you Hanishi, glad you folks are sayin' good things about my work. I love building these beautiful rifles, & am gonna stay at it as long as I can..............Tom
