Saw this on the CLA site and just had to have it, thank goodness for overtime, lol
I have been after something like this for awhile and am very happy with my choice. Now I am trying to deside on a sheath of perhaps rawhide and braintan. It was built by Nathan Allen from spring steel. 3 7/8 blade,7.5 overall length

That's a fine lookin knife, it deserves a proper sheath. Check with Chuck Burrows and see what he can do for you. I have several of his sheaths and they are the best in my opinion.  :lt th

I actually am planning something in my head and hope to do it myself. I was fortuneatly gifted some bison rawhide a couple hrs ago by RoadDog and have been waiting for just the right project to use it on. I believe this is that project, perhaps with a spattering of smoke brain tan and authentic Great Lakes beads. Still thinkin!

Good deal on the knife. I have met Nathan, and have two of his knives and a small hatchet. He does excellent work and is a fine gentleman as well.
