Title: Had A Good Visit This Past Saturday
Post by: Ohio Joe on April 23, 2018, 08:36:18 PM
Thought I'd pass along that, Rondo and his wife, and I and my wife, my son, my son's fiancee, and my grandson Lucas,,, we all had a good lunch and visit this past Saturday down in Kearney, Nebraska.

I tell ya,,, there's not a finer couple to meet up with and enjoy a good meal and visit with.  :hairy Mighty fine folks for sure and look forward to seeing both in Rendezvous Camp this summer!  :toast  We had a great time, and sure wish we could've spent more time together last Saturday.

It was great to see Joe and his family again, and to finally meet his son Matthew and his fiancee. Too bad we didn't get to visit longer, but that can also be said when we meet up at a 4-day rendezvous.  :)
Time passes all too quickly when you're visiting friends.  :bl th up :shake

..... and thanks again Joe for lunch, next time it's on me.  :hairy

It truly does. Kinda seems like the older we get, the more busy we find ourselves, but there's always time to make room for good friends.  :shake

Fur Trade Days isn't to far off.  :bl th up  :*:

It's sure nice to visit those you've known for years not only from these ol' muzzleloading forums, but also in Rondo and my case, we'll never forget being food judge's many Rendezvous back at Chadron Fur Trade Days, and that "Mud" Chicken ol' Blue and Top Knot made and won the cooking contest. Now that was something for sure!  :hairy
