To ALL New Members.
Folks, when you first join the TMA, and pay using Pay-Pal, which is what the majority of us do, it is imperative that you email me your current mailing address, should you like to receive our Membership Packet.
If you don't care to receive this packet, and / or don't want to release that "Personal Information" that is fine too.
I have had dozens of new members tell me they are afraid to do that in this day and time, due to the increase in identity theft.
We totally understand!
If you watch the news or are on the internet any amount of time, you will receive many notices regarding this very same thing.
Identity theft is a bad thing, and it's running rampant, there's no doubt about that, plus it can happen to anyone.
However, our system is secure, and my personal email account is secure.....plus, I am the only person that will ever see that "Personal Information".
I highly encourage all new members to read the very first post in this thread, it's a sticky, and can explain everything in detail.

After reading that, should any New Member wish to contact me, my email is NWTradeRifle1@yahoo.com
Or...you can send me a PM (Personal Message) right here on the Forum...just click on my avatar.
Otherwise, please do not complain about NOT receiving your Membership Packet, as most of that process depends on you.
Now some of you have been late in receiving your packet during the months of June and July.
That one is on me!
I took a fall from a step-ladder in May. I ended up cracking my left Hip and bruising my left Kidney, which seemed to grow progressively worse until I finally went to the Hospital to get it checked. That visit resulted in no less than a dozen other visits and being admitted on two different occasions.
My life at home was mostly spent with an Ice-Pack on my left side/hip.
I have been doing pretty good for the past several days, Plus, I'm getting around just fine......... so life is once again good.
Work with me on this and I promise to work with you.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. :bow

Awwww, Russ, that really sucks. I am so sorry to hear about your tumble and crash episode.
I had a cousin up in NW Oregon who just couldn't stay off of ladders and out of trees, even up until his 80's. Must be some sort of negative gene. When he was younger, he fell out of a barn and broke his neck and at one time when he was working in the woods, he waltzed down a mountain side with a tree. Both things tore him up pretty good, but he never stopped trying. Sounds like you might be distantly related to him?
Anyway, get better and stay better. We needs you, Russ. Really do.

Be CAREFUL! I don't have any uncles left except for you (and you're my favorite), and I don't want to lose you also!

Hey Russ.
Sure am glad to hear that you are on the mend good and proper. Just don't overdo it. If you are anything like me ya got far more time than money, so just take it slow and easy. All of us appreciate all you do...and as everyone has been saying..."you be our favorite uncle and we really needs ya." :bow

I am going to bump this back up because I know some Supporting Members have not received their Membership Pack!
Thanks for the kind wishes, I finally got my act together, I think.
Each day has become a bit better than the last, and life is good.
"Slow and easy" has never been my pace in life, but it is sure looking better every day since that little fall.
Thanks again fellas, Keep up the good work!
Respectfully, Russ...
