A source of GREAT info on the HBC in The Colombian District !

 Nancy Marguerite Anderson -
Writer and Researcher studying the history of the territory West of the Rocky Mountains before 1858. Not only fascinating :*: but she is a direct descendant of  Alexander Caulfield Anderson ( Fort Alexandria, 1842, on the Upper Fraser River) James Robert Anderson ( her great great (?)was born at Fort Nisqually in June 1841, and so was a toddler when he arrived at the post in winter, 1842. (she has personal access to his memoirs)
