Good looking kitchen you got going there, Puffer.  Mighty heavy duty, it appears.

A year ago last June I went up to the Moscow rondy and picked up one of those big discs but as of yet, I haven't done anything with it.  Would like to turn it into something like yours.  But I seem to have run completely out of Round Tuits.  What's a guy to do?  No clue where I can pick up more. :lol sign

Down here we call those a "comal". I use mine with one of those small cheaper braizers. Perfect for my camp. Brazier is about all the cook fire I build anymore.

We've always kept ours pretty simple, but I'll admit that there are times we could of used a bit more "kitchen" so to speak.

Like what you got there, Jack!  :hairy
