I know there was suppose to be some available at Friendship. And I heard they were going to try to get some to the PA dealers because of the early muzzleloading season. But is there any available in PA, or are we getting the run around again? I still haven't seen any or heard of anybody having any to sell.

No help but wish I were closer, I still have one unopened 25# bag.

I understand buddy, and you better get to shooting.

Finding gunpowder and then spending at least 3 times as much as ya did before the turn of this century is a big issue, second only to finding percussion caps and spending 4 times as much as ya did a few years ago. Signs of the times boys. We best learn to make our own while those components are cheap and easy to find ... so far. ;banghead;

Flints are getting out there also. Last I bought from the Log Cabin Shop were $30 /doz.

I'm a newbie knapper, not so easy for me, but even the worst flakes I knap will spark.
