Looks like the supplies have been released.
I picked up 3 tins yesterday at the local sporting goods.
 Good to see

That some of the caps at North 40, Kevin?
I looked at caps at Powder, Inc and RWS 2075's are running $220 per 1,000.  Jeez Louise, $0.22 per shot?  Wouldn't want to do a lot of cap snapping at that rate.  I guess the CCI's are considerable less money.  And I guess freight and HazMat is added on top of that.  Probably puts the net price per shot up around $0.26.  Ridiculous.

Yep John
Swung into North 40. Limit was 5 tins per transaction.
I bought 3 which puts me back at 1000 caps in my inventory.
