Just joined TMA.  Looking to learn more about flintlocks as interested in revolutionary war (AWI) reenacting.  Still do Civil War (ACW) reenacting on occasion.

Still looking for my first flintlock, trying to find a used Mikuro or Pedersoli 1763/66/68 Charleville.  I have a repro Colt pattern 1861 Springfield that I purchased back in 1996.

Big difference in price between the Japanese and Italian models, good luck with the search, maybe Rob will have a suggestion as where to find one when he checks in.
