No powder is correct. This will help pay for re-boring my rifle barrel which is presently on its way to Bobby Hoyt. Although USPS has stopped the progress as someone x-rayed the package and claimed they saw bullets in the package. They were actually the ramrod thimbles attached to the barrel. Hope to get it opened, inspected, accepted and on its way to Bobby.
