This Month's Fun Shoot Target is TIC TAC DONE to close out our season. Scoring is 10 for the white square 5 for the black circle

I’m gonna miss shooting your target during the mild winter weather here in south Texas.
My favorite time of the year. Guess I’ll practice for next year.

I've got all winter to come up with new and Improved old targets.

Salty was right, it will be difficult to quit going to the range to shoot the postals. But when the temps here in PA. are in the teens or less, it will make it a little easier.

And I have a sneaking suspicion that with a little encouragement, he might be convinced to become a postal shoot participant. And I'll try to help him any way I can, to try and make that happen. I know for a fact, that he builds some nice rifles and he knows how to shoot them well.

It's been a doozy.
Lost my older brother ( by 3 yrs) on Oct 12th , sudden illness, he lived with me for close to 20 yrs and spent his last few years here in Coeur d alene at a local nursing home.
I was diagnosed with a blood cancer at the beginning of the month.
So lotsa doctor appointments, 3 this week alone.
I'm doing fine , on some new meds.
So as you can see my plate is full this month..
Thanks in advance for the prayers, I know there coming.

I'm terribly sorry for your loss, and you're right about prayers going out for your family. Will be praying for your healing and strength to get through this difficult time. :pray:

Post by: dmarsh on October 30, 2024, 07:08:41 PM: Beautiful day. Sunny and 77 degrees. Only complaint was the "fake" lady bugs we have this time of year. Morgan challenge did not go well. Not sure what happened. The high hole is today's miss. My failed attempt to adjust from the one just below the paper. Then I shot the monthly target pretty well. Switched to the novelty and that didn't go well either as I had to duck the lady bugs. There were 100's.
