Hi there boys and girls,
Just a quick note to let you know that the Pass Around Box is ready to come out of hibernation and circulate around to all the good little kids that have been patiently awaiting another chance at it. Just think of it, Christmas in July, minus the snow, so you won't have to shovel the driveway!!
*Rules are simple. If you want to play, just PM me (Bigsmoke) your name and mailing address.
*When I get 12 names accumulated I will start the box going via Priority Mail.
*When you get the box in the mail, you may keep as many items out of the box as you wish, but for each item you keep,
you must replace it as well.
*When you receive the box, please post a message on the forum under this topic, saying you have it. Likewise, when you
send it on, please post a message under this topic saying you are sending it on and who is the next recipient.
*If you want another chance at it, PM me your mailing address and I will add you to the bottom of the list.
*When the box has made its rounds, I will be the last person to receive it. I will put it back in its little nest and it can
hibernate until we bring it back out, approximately 6 months.
*The only cost to play is postage on a medium Priority Mail Box.
*Later on today, or maybe tomorrow, I will take a couple of photos of what's in the box and post here. I might even add
some things to the box out of my stash. We'll just have to wait and see.
*In the meantime, I am looking forward to getting some names so I can get this box rolling again.

Hello,
The notice has been up for almost a week and to date, I have one response.
There have been 20 some views, but only one response.
That does not show a high degree of interest.
Here's the deal, if there is no more interest, I am just going to keep the stuff that is in it on hold and try it again about the first of the year.
Reminder, I need 11 more people that want to play in order to start it off on its rounds.

When it comes back to me, I think I will start mailing it out the first of December again.

Geez, this has been a busy summer. What with all the projects happening, I just have not gotten the box sent out.
We never did get up to the 12 names I originally asked for, but there are 7 on the list now, so good enough.
Beaverman is first, then KDubs, then Butler Ford, then 10 thumbs, then Dan, then Dana, then finally back to me. I have asked a couple of times for Nobber's mailing info to no avail, so I guess not this time. Sorry.
Anyway, going out today first to Beaverman. You got a full box coming your way, Jim.

Posting here that you have received the package and then that you are sending it to the next person on the list would be appreciated. That way, if I happen to receive any other names and addresses of people to send it to, I can email the person who has it to add that name to the list.

Got the box today, pulled out a few goodies, put some in, label printed and on the way to Nobber tomorrow, tracking # is 9405 5082 0549 8052 9459 18

Looks like we are on the same wavelength. I was thinking yesterday that I would post something today asking the same question. Where's the box?
From you, it should have gone to Nobber.
From Nobber, it should have gone to KDubs
Then KDubs should have sent it to Butler Ford
And Butler Ford should have sent it to 10 Thumbs
And 10 Thumbs should have sent it to Ridjrunr
And Ridjrunr should send it to Sharpstick
And Sharpstick would return it to me.
So, for the sake of discussion, let's say that the package has a one day turnaround after three days in transit via Priority Mail. So Nobber gets it three days after Beav sends it. And then Nobber send it along a day after he gets it. There is four days. Four days later KDubs sends it to Butler Ford. Four days later Butler Ford sends it to 10 Thumbs. Four days after that 10 Thumbs sends it to Ridjrunr. In 4 days Ridjrunr sends it to Sharpstick. And in 4 days, the chicken comes home to roost with me.
Of course that all depends on whether or not the Post Office is doing its job and sends the package directly on its path. And whether each person sends out the package directly. Assuming the Post Office is firing on all cylinders and the turnaround time is a day, the package should be en route to Ridjrunr.
So, chime in guys, let us know if you have gotten it and when you sent it on.

Hey guys, there is enough room in Missouri for 2 TMA members!! I have the box!!! I was on vacation for 2 weeks and got home tuesday late. I just opened it today and am gonna check it out then drop something in it and send it to the next address which is??? Didn't think I would get it that quick, sorry.

Arrived today, picked through, reloaded, repacked, labeled and mailed. Lady @ PO said TEN THUMBS should have it Friday.
