The gunsmith that made my smoothie is now making me a flintlock rifle, .50 bore swamped 44" bbl.  The build images might be of interest to some, so I'll post them here as I get 'em.

That is plumb nice!  We'll need more fotos, of course.  It looks like he put the low sights on, like the originals had.  That should give you many years of enjoyment!

Other than some blank firing, no.  Weather's been miserable.  I'm like a hibernatin' griz, dang.  :o
