Cataract Surgery/replacement lens choice?

Time to get rid of the cataract lens in my right eye and replace with one that can focus near, far or multi-distances. Anybody have recommendations based on experience as to what would be best for hunting/shooting?

The ophthalmologist asked "do you want this (my right shooting eye) to be for near or far?" Not being prepared for an option, I had to think for a minute. I stuck my right fist out like shooting bullseye pistol and thumb up. I want to just start to see that nail clearly and then as far out as possible. With more fore thought I might have modified t

Thanks for the info TC. Not sure what I will choose. Only need my right, shooting eye fixed, so I think having the sights be sharp afterwards might be the way to go.
