Question: Do we really need to have every Board member respond to every thread?

I read every new Board post the Forum...but many times I do not feel Like my input or comment is necessary. But, I can reply to them if it is necessary for some reason.

How else can fellow BOD members know each board member is meeting their obligation and keeping abreast of the topics being discussed in the Executive Forum?

If a board member feels he has nothing of importance to add to a discussion,.... at least (please) leave something like a

, or maybe a

,.... so the rest of the BOD knows you're keeping abreast of what's being discussed in each thread.
