Making a Brown Bess 1855 model part in my CNC

In this video you can see our CNC machine in action making in aluminium the model to melt in Steel a Brown Bess 1855 hammer.
The model be scanned in 3D from the original.

THE MUZZLELOADING IS NOT THE PAST....IS THE FUTURE!!!!!!

That is very interesting. I can see now why I was a prison cook and not a builder of fine flintlocks. :)
