Mark Baker's A pilgrims journey review

I have never been able to flip through Mark Baker's books of articles I was wondering if you guys thought it was a good read or not I hate to spend the money on them if they aren't worth it.

I used to enjoy his articles in Muzzleloader Magazine years ago.  They tended to be a bit repetitive at times, and somewhat limited in geographic scope, but overall they were pretty good.
