I just found the following in the Traditional Bowhunter Magazine forums:
"Fellow archers, I read that one of our former members has passed on. Doc Nock, David E. Landis
MARCH 28, 1948 – MAY 22, 2021."
RIP, Doc!

Yes, I had noticed that David had been pretty silent these last few months. So, it seems that cancer finally got him. Drat. He was a good guy. Gonna miss him.
This has been a tough year.
RIP, Doc Nock

I've known Doc for nearly two decades, since he joined Trad Gang. For the last four years or so we've had almost daily emails, sometimes a dozen or so in one day, with many Many diverse subject matters. His last six months were physical torture but he never complained and was always upbeat. At last his earthly suffering is over and he has passed on to a far better place, in the palm of God. He was a good friend. I miss him dearly.
