CVA Colonial Pistol kit

Okay, I bought this CVA kit back, oh, in the mid 80's and I am now FINALLY (at least thinking about) putting it together.  The only issue is that I've long since lost the instructions, not that i couldn't figure out all the parts anyway.
However, if anyone might have a copy or know of where to get a copy of the kit manual, I would appreciate it.

Hey Tedmn, welcome to the Association! We're glad your here. Not sure if you have introduced yourself, but feel free to in the "Introductions".

Anyway, I went to a gun show here recently, and picked up a CVA parts book, showing every model with parts list, and exploded views of their firearms. Not sure if this will help you, but I can scan it and send you a file of it if you want. Just let me know.

It was a challenge.  You know that Steve did say that NO ONE had a perfect score the year before...that to me is a line in the sand that HAS to be crossed!!

The event was a total blast to do, and I know that the Venture Crew that we trained and brought down really had a lot of fun.  Mike and I have already discussed how to organize for next years event.

As for the model, I saw nothing on the CVA box except the name of Colonial Pistol (.45 cal).  As mentioned, it doesn't look all that hard, just I wanted to see if they offered up any tricks to do the job right.

I didn't even see that in the title! I think I have one of those kits waitin for me at home- I will check when I get a chance. Might be a couple of days yet.

Did you see the story that the news put together? It is online...

Oh yeah, we saw it.  It made the rounds with all the shooters and scouts.  People got a feel for what it was all about from the video.  Very fun.

Well, if you can find the manuals, that would be cool.  It isn't a big kit so I'm sure that i could muddle my way through easily enough.

I cant remember CVA ever sending building instructions . Just a exploded view and a shooters guide
 So no real pointers .
 But if you look around at many custom pistols and  use you minds eye, you will have a lot better piece then if you just  put it together
