Am working on a swap meet special and wanted to add a cleaner, newer breech plug to an older cva barrel. I cut off .800 of the breech and this is what it looked like.
Second pix is new Tomson replacement plug. Still not perfect in my mind but the counter bore is 3/8" so at least I know a .36 cleaning jag will fit.
