Made this quiver from a coyote pelt -n- the strap is from scrap from an old pair of leather pants. I'v tromped through the woods with it now for the last month. It has held up nicely in rain and sunny weather.
Pelt quivers done right are gorgeous and work well if you can stiffen them and get the strap angle comfortable. I have seen some made with a thin rawhide liner that holds shape nicely. That said - these are not the best to take out in the rain.Arrows do not take kindly to a cold, wet, limp dog :shock:
