.............................says the man that makes gallons of pure Maple Syrup every single year!In fact, back in the early days, the TMA used to have several members doing syrup every year.
I used to look forward to those times, with the guys doing all the work in the snow and the cold, with me just setting back looking at the many pictures they posted all the time showing their progress.
Until you've seen how it's done, you will never believe the work, and the number of gallons of raw syrup it takes to make a quart of table ready syrup.
I'm sure if we were to look waaaay back in the archives we could find those "Syrupin" pictures.
Kinda miss those days.
