News On Our Friend Captchee....

Many of you are all ready aware of the fact that our friend Captchee ie, Charles Starks, was diagnose with a brain tumor...larger than a 50 cent piece behind his left ear . Previously, I have privately informed a select few of our members, but now it's time to let everyone know.

I just learned that "Captchee went thru Surgery just fine, a Surgery that last 11 hours, he was then admitted to ICU for two days. He was sent home yesterday, and is doing better.
He is still not up and around, but he is doing better".

This information is from his lovely wife Lynne, and as before, they are asking that we refrain from contacting him until he is up and around, and feeling better.
He posted publically, on Facebook just a few days back, that they had simply been inundated with calls and email....things he couldn't possibly keep up with.

He also promised to let us know himself, as soon as he is feeling up to it.
I would ask that we all honor this request, continue with our prayers, and hope that him posting here on the forum is not that far in the future.

I had no idea that Captain Cheeto was ailing so.
Very glad that he came through the surgery in fine fashion and hope that he is up and around soonly.

Thanks for letting us know Russ. I don't go on facebook so I had not herd of his helth.It sure blowes my hat in the kriek.Have missed him a bunch on here and glad he is on the mend.

11 Hours is a LONG surgery. I wish Captchee a fast and complete recovery!

For those of you on Facebook, Captchee made a post today.
It appears everything is going about as well as expected, perhaps even better than expected....
Many of our Members has already posted on that thread, and that is great.

If you're a Facebook friend of Capt. drop by and give him a shout-out, small things like that go a long ways in improving ones outlook, especially following such a serious event as he just went through.
