Someone posted the Declaration of Independence on Facebook,.... and it was promptly flagged as "hate speech" and removed.

You know, I am starting to think it's time for me to forget about it too. Too much liberal crap for me.

I know we don't allow open discussion of politics on our TMA forums,.... but the Declaration of Independence is the very foundation of this great country, and it looks like FB has taken a step beyond simple "politics".

All media seems to give our Constitution a beating - and to what end, I don't know? They will be the first to feel the effects of "freedom of speech" and for a group who considers their-self "educated" --- they don't have very many functioning brain cells I don't think...
Most folks seem to have no idea anymore why we even had a Declaration of Independence... Sad!!!

Before y'all get to worked up and blow a gasket check out what Snopes has to say on the subject.
https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/facebook-declaration-of-independence-hate-speech/
Just goes to show that you just can't trust those algorithims

The trouble with doing things right the first time is no one realizes how hard it was.
Often, however, the following is more applicable.
I stand corrected, a position somewhat painful to achieve, but once there, is quite satisfying.
