I don't want to hear about this snow stuff in the far north. I've got to make a trip up to Rexburg Idaho in a couple weeks and I don't even know if I own a coat warm enough to deal with cold snowy weather. That's anything below 60 degrees.
The old Weaving Welshman lives in Sand Point, he posted on FB 2 weeks ago that they were getting snow, at the same time my Son was out Archery Elk hunting just north of lake Chelan, above Spokane, stuck an 6x7 late one afternoon, brought out the head that night, (3 miles in and 2000 feet of vertical gain in 1/2 mile) (glad it wasn't me!), went in the next morning to a cold hike, by the time they got the rest of the meat loaded to hump out ,it had snowed 10 inches in 3 hours, thinking it's going to be a crazy winter this year!
