Every day I come to this forum many times and read the new posts and threads and even look back at some of the older stuff if I need some information. And one of the things I like to do is go to the bottom of the page and see who has been on here and what they were looking at or reading, etc. And I cant help but notice a LOT of names of folks that I hardly ever see make a post.

So here is my challenge. Cuz yer probably gonna read this! Comment on this post with one thing that you love, or like, or dislike, or hate about the TMA. How can we as a BOD make this place better so that you will come here and, not just read, but let us hear from you. We would LOVE to get a forum FULL of folks that comment and add to the discussions. Believe me, there's no dumb questions. I asked them all when I found the TMA 12 years ago.

So come on!! Let's hear from you!

Please.

Many of the times I’m on here a question has been asked and usually correctly answered somewhere in the following posts.   No need for me to clutter things up.

Glad to see new comets coming aboard and asking qu.
Ain't nothin' hard if ya have the right equipment AND know how to use it.  :lt th

Rocklock thanks for posting brother. But your responses wouldn't be cluttering up. If nothing else, agree with what was posted as correct. And maybe expound on that answer if possible. Maybe the questioner needs to know that more than one person thinks its correct.

Again, thanks!

I'm new enough on here that I haven't made it through all the sections this site....  to tell the truth, it's kinda intimidating as you don't know for certain where to post???

I'm sure that with time, a person will figure out where the correct section is.

God bless,
Rodd

Hi Rodd,.... I take it you're talking about replying to particular posts,.... if so,....

1. Simply click on Quote in the little menu located at the top-right of that
    particular post,...
2. Then scroll down a bit until you are below the [/quote] in the reply box,....
3. Type in your reply,....
4. Then click Preview (just below the reply box),
5. Then scroll up past the "emotions menu" to see if everything is to your
    liking,....
5. If everything looks good,.... then scroll back down again (past the reply
box) and click Post:bl th up

I hope this helps a little.  :shake

You asked for it!  ;D
The trouble with doing things right the first time is no one realizes how hard it was.
Often, however, the following is more applicable.
I stand corrected, a position somewhat painful to achieve, but once there, is quite satisfying.

That second fence post seems to have one of my old boots on it.

I've worn boots for years, even when the sole of the boot came loose, and was held together by the rubber seal from a canning jar.  Times were hard when I was growing up, and a new pair Cowboy Boots would coast as much as $15 bucks.
Which meant you had to throw a lot of Hay come Haying Season.
I suspect I may have been one of  "Boot Glue" bestest customers back then.

Russ...

Uncle Russ, when I was deployed to South America I had an issue like that with my jungle boots. Of course I used the redneck staple product, silver duct tape, to hold it together until I got back to civilization. And those new boots were around $100.
