I'm partial to those Renegades and Hawkens. They'll  Get-R-Done if you know what I mean. I was glad to see you had submitted your targets. Seems as though after that mad rush to get our targets sent in, it came to a screeching halt. I thought we had all the July entries we were going to get. But I think life is getting in the way, and we'll see some more targets come in.

Not a promise, but I'll see what I can do to post another target.

Well I wanted to shoot this again to improve my poor score. But with all the rain we’re getting I can’t get to the range on the muddy road. And I’m running out of time.
So here it is.

Friends , here are my Postal Target submissions. Unlike EVERYONE else this month I shot SUPPORTED (Elbows on Table). So don't think my shooting has magically Improved, I'm just owning up to my physical infirmities (Cataracts, left arm, left shoulder and right hip Arthritis.  20 years of crawling in and around Aircraft has taken it's toll, I really should have taken that desk job a few years earlier.

Breaking News: My Kibler Fowler has shipped!!!  picture me: Dancing! ..no Wait don't!
I'm  not  H/C or P/C or even a particularly  good shot but I have a hell of a good time!

Not that it matters any at all, but I am wondering about your scoring.
On the Mike Fink shoot, that low 10 cut the line of the bottom of the cup.  So, should that not have been a -10?
Stuff like this is what makes me think this cutting the line is a bunch of, what's the word I am looking for?  Something about male, bovine excrement?  Well, maybe baloney would work instead.
I realize that as a non-participant I have absolutely no say-so in the scoring methods used, but as a person that has shot firearms for virtually all of his 78 years (I have a vague recollection of shooting a rifle when I was about 3), and competitively since I was in my early 20's, I do have opinions.
Personal opinion is all this is.

OK.  Missed the challenge.  Monthly shoot went fine.  Mike Fink eluded me.

Hey Dave, at least you are on the backer!  I tried again this morning and when the smoke cleared, I couldn't find a round ball hole anywhere!  :hairy

Then I shot the July target, nothing to write home about.  Likewise Mike Fink; both targets have been PMed to Nessmuk so I'll let him post them here.  Let me say though, that old Mike died twice under my care....  :luff:

Well, maybe I'll do better in August.

Well your left n right looks good 👍.
As far as my line split on the 10 /-10 I will take the -10 if that's the fair thing to do.  Fun remember.
Should we have a ball wholly in the ring to count rule ??

For your information, Winter hawk got a positive 4 on Mike Fink. That's a heck of a lot better than my first Mike Fink effort which was an embarrassingly high negative number. To be honest, when I shoot Mike Fink I cover his face and just shoot at the cup. it seems to work for me. Something about that ugly mug  just attracts all my shots if I can see it.

It's definitely a challenging target. And Marks score of 48 is probably the highest score ever submitted. Way to go Mark. If I could have lowered my shots, I would have been happy. But I have a bad habit of dropping things. Including my shots. So I try to stay away from his forehead. But it doesn't always work. And Kees, cover his face like Mark and see if it makes a difference.

I have the same problem.  Will have to try covering the face as well.  My first two shots are way high in an effort to not hit the face.   ;banghead;
