This short film recreates the tense hours before the Battle of the Plains of Abraham, and then the battle itself in which both generals, Wolfe and Montcalm, were fatally wounded.

Several years ago, on a visit to Quebec City with my wife, we walked around on the "Plains of Abraham" it's a very nice park now. While walking across a portion of exposed shale outcrop my wife spotted a partially embedded 75 cal musket ball right there on the surface. It had obviously been fired as it is somewhat flattened but very recognizable as a ball with about half of it's shape and most of it's weight retained. I think it is likely a remnant from that battle. Still have it as a souvenier.
