Title: Smuggling and Piracy of the Pacific Northwest
Post by: Cannonball on December 21, 2012, 12:53:23 PM
Does anyone know where I might fing any information on smuggling and/or piracy of the PacNorWest during the early 19th century? I've tried a simple search on the internet that didn't return anything useful...

Or Sea Merchanting in the same local area?

From what I've picked up in references, etc, the most active exploits on the high seas around then were Russian.

Yeah it's like a 75 year drought for nefarious activity on the open ocean in the Pac Norwest... I'm just looking at possible personas for the locale that fit the time and my personality (not that I'm a criminal LOL).
