He might get a little change back depending what kind of powder he buys. Just checked at a sport shop today. They are selling #1 of Scheutzen for between $31 & $33. But FFFFG will cost you a little more. Might be able to buy some patch material with the change.

Powder I'm good on, have plenty of GOEX left from back when it was 16.50 a pound in the 25 pound bag! , good on flints just bought 100 back in March at the show, running low on primers, think I only have 800 left.
