Yo Nessmuk.
I wanna make use I'm scoring correctly. What is considered a "nick" for 5 pts vs a 10 pt hit? How much of the ball must be inside the target to score it a 10?

thanks
Salty

What constitutes a "nicked" hornet?

Let's say 50% must be inside. Sound fair?

How bout a hit in the red/yellow colored areas?  Basically meaning wings, legs, stinger, antennas, etc are misses.

Well Jim, I haven't heard you've left the building, so here goes. I'm confused, but I will surely do the same in May, as I did for you in April. I'm just hoping that everyone will be able to see your target instead of just a few people seeing it.
Glad you're going to shoot both targets. Just stay away from those little bees and only shoot the big bees.

Thanks, No Powder - I'm working on getting the bee target printed by my friend.  It's windy here for the next few days, but I'll get it done eventually (this month) and send you a picture of them.

Shot the bullseye today. I seem to have better luck with it. Next I will give the hornets a try.

Well I think I'll try the Lyman GPR this month. After seeing Salty's target, I don't think that's the right one to take. But it probably has some cobwebs in the barrel that should be shot out.

I think that wasp target is a 40 point or am I missing something.
 Good shooting tom

Thanks Kevin. You might be right but as the target says, I truly don't know. One thing I'm sure of is, considering I only managed to get only 10 on that rat target, I'm thrilled with 30, and the whole target in general. Good luck when you shoot yours.

Glad you posted that Salty. After the confusion in April, I hoped it would be alright this month. Apparently it must have worked ok.
